Traffic on the outbound Parkway East will be reduced to a single lane today, weather permitting.

The lane closures will occur from one-quarter mile east of the Edgewood/Swissvale interchange (Exit 7) to the Forest Hills off-ramp (Exit 8A) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Crews will continue removing materials used for bridge painting operations.

Tomorrow morning, single and double lane closures will occur on the inbound Parkway East east of the Penn Hills interchange (Exit 11).
