Pittsburgh police are investigating after a man was shot in the abdomen and left ankle on the South Side early this morning.
The 24-year-old victim was found shortly after 2 a.m. at the intersection of South 21st and East Carson streets, police said in a news release. The victim, who was taken to UPMC Mercy by paramedics and listed in stable condition, has refused to cooperate with the investigation, police said.
