Mr. Hose is accused of taking Tanya Kach into his home when she was a 14-year-old runaway in 1996, having her appearance changed and engaging in a sexual relationship. Mr. Hose, who is 24 years older than Ms. Kach, was held for trial in April, a month after Ms. Kach finally left him.

Feb. 12 is also the trial date for Judith Sokol of Duquesne, who is accused of helping Mr. Hose conceal Ms. Kach's identity.
