Washington city police are looking for an Allegheny County Jail guard after they said she threatened a woman and then purposely hit her with her car.

Erica Williams, 24, of Carnegie, faces charges of attempted voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

Washington city police wrote in a criminal complaint that Ms. Williams sent Jolene Anderson text messages on Tuesday saying "RIP" and "your (sic) dead."

Police said that later in the day, Ms. Williams saw Ms. Anderson, with whom she previously had some sort of relationship, with another person and became angry. They wrote in the complaint that Ms. Williams drove her car into Ms. Anderson, throwing her over the hood and leaving her with facial injuries.

Allegheny County spokeswoman Amie Downs said in an email that Ms. Williams was hired part-time in May of 2009 and became a full-time correctional officer in November 2011. Ms. Downs said Ms. Williams has been indefinitely suspended without pay.
