Talk station WURP-AM (1550) will debut a new comedy show this weekend. "The Lackzoom Acidophilus Comedy Hour" will feature satire, comedy sketches and characters -- largely at the expense of Pittsburgh culture.

Anyone who listened to WYEP-FM in the early 1970s may remember the original Lackzoom troupe. The new company reunites all five of the original members -- Joe Coluccio, Phil Trafican, Dean Mougianis, Marc Simon and Foley Zelenak.

"The Lackzoom Acidophilus Comedy Hour" will air Sundays at noon, starting tomorrow.
