We knew Pittsburgh's Sharon Needles was stylish and funny, but who knew she had such high-profile fans?
After appearing on the runway looking futuristically presidential -- the "transparency" part of her campaign underscored by a see-through dress made of nylon stockings -- she discovered she had the stamp of approval from no less a Lady than Gaga herself.
The singer tweeted, in part, "Sharon Needles looks FABULOUS 2night on drag race. Very Born This Way outfit/fame monster wig."
Sharon also won her third challenge of the season on "RuPaul's Drag Race." Appearing in sensible pumps and a demure suit, she debated the others in a "Frock the Vote" contest. Her opening statement, "Ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between," was just one of many clever lines.
• On "Top Shot" (History, Tuesdays), Belle Vernon financial adviser Augie Malekovich continues to be a steady shooter who has yet to be in the bottom two. His team, however, lost another challenge, one that included the awesome task of shooting tiny gumballs off golf tees with a rifle.
