Ellen Pil, 13, of Fox Chapel and Tanvi Meringenti, 14, of Cheswick measure the power output of the wind turbines they made by blowing them with a hair dryer Thursday during the Summer Engineering Experience for Girls day camp at Carnegie Mellon University. The two-week SEE program is free for girls entering 8th or 9th grade in the fall.
