Penn State will get two prime-time games on Big Ten network

The Big Ten Network will air two Penn State games in prime time this upcoming season.

The Nittany Lions will play host to Iowa at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5 at Beaver Stadium for the team's Military Appreciation game before visiting Rutgers on Nov. 19 at 8 p.m.

This season marks the first time since playing Pitt on the road in 1987 that Penn State will play a night game in November.

Penn State also will play Ohio State in prime time for the fifth-consecutive season. The squads will face off in the Nittany Lions' annual White Out game at 8 p.m. Oct. 22 at Beaver Stadium. It will air on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
