Penn State added another highly touted quarterback recruit to the mix for 2014, securing a commitment from Michael O'Connor, according to several recruiting websites.

O'Connor, from Bradenton Academy in Florida, is a consensus top-200 player in the country. Rivals ranks this 6-foot-3, 223-pound quarterback as a four-star recruit.

This is the second year in a row Penn State has gotten a commitment from a top quarterback recruit. Christian Hackenberg, who will be a freshman this fall, was considered one of the top quarterbacks in the country.
