With injuries mounting, the Penguins have recalled forwards Jayson Megna and Chris Conner and defenseman Simon Despres from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.

It's unclear which might be in the lineup tonight when the Toronto Maple Leafs visit Consol Energy Center.

Megna had two goals and an assist in six NHL games earlier this season and Conner had no points in two games with the Penguins earlier this season.

Despres has not been on the NHL roster this season. He played in 33 NHL games last season, with two goals and five assists.

The Penguins have placed winger Tanner Glass (broken hand) and defenseman Paul Martin (unspecified injury) on injured reserve.
