A Wilson lit center

Bob Hoover’s idea to turn the August Wilson Center into a literary center (“August Wilson Was a Reader First,” April 13 Forum) is such a great idea I wish I had thought of it first! I watch C-Span’s Book TV programming every weekend and I see live coverage from book festivals around the country and I dream about a Pittsburgh Book Festival.

I read in the Poetry Foundation’s newsletter about all the poetry events happening every week in Chicago and, once again, I think: Why not in Pittsburgh?

Let’s do it! Where do I sign up and where do I send my check?
