PennDOT fails

On Feb. 13 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., we traveled from the Westmoreland Mall to Irwin on Route 30, the major route here.

No plowing was done by anyone. The road had only a set of car tire tracks to travel in.

What gives? More excuses about lack of salt. How about straight-up plowing as it got warmer in the afternoon? There would have been some relief from that.

It seems like PennDOT only gets action on things like disappearing funds and helping out family members with jobs.
