Enough! How much money that could go to patient care is still being wasted by Highmark and UPMC on full-page newspaper ads and celebrity TV commercials?

Nobody is reading these ads or paying any attention to the TV commercials! They have long ago become background noise. I even hung up on a Patrice King Brown recorded phone intrusion, and I honestly don’t know which side she’s shilling for.
