Blame the dealers

I can’t help but think about the individuals who are behind the deadly heroin that is lingering on our region’s streets, stamped “Theraflu,” “Bud Ice” and “Income Tax.” It is so sad to know that the self-greed of money and status motivates these poor souls.

It is even more sad for the drug users who are chasing this potency down to score a more desirable high.

These are the people who are living day to day in the disease of addiction. They are helpless in their battle, and I am so pained that there are people playing on their misfortune and sickness.

On another note, I salute the authorities for their consistency in the war on drugs. This is an ongoing battle and their constant fight has, I am sure, saved many lives. I applaud you for your continued efforts.

Any drug dealer who is brought into investigations should be handled as a murderer with a loaded gun. There certainly is no difference between the two.
