Stacy Innerst is the artist. You are the caption writer.

CapCon 213 was an anarchist's dream (click on second image above to see cartoon), which might explain how a first-time champion won as best caption-writer rather than one from the usual stable of winners. The judges look forward to seeing some heady responses for CapCon 214 from those who have ever left their barber or hair salon in an unhappy state.

Send up to three entries to page2@post-gazette.com or mail to: Caption Contest/Portfolio, Post-Gazette, 34 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh PA 15222. Please include name and address and identify your municipality or Pittsburgh city neighborhood. Deadline: July 15. Winners receive a PG umbrella, which might have been stockpiled as weaponry in 1863 in the event the Confederates moved west from Gettysburg and attacked Pittsburgh.
