Ron DeAngelo, director of sports performance training at UPMC Sports Medicine, has developed his own "7-minute workout," (watch video) tailored for people interested in the intense fitness regimen that has been shown to be highly effective. The goal is go from one exercise to the next with minimal rest. It may take time to work up to that speed safely. Perform the exercises properly first, then work on speed.
