Two people are hospitalized after being shot early this morning in a Fayette County bar fight.

The altercation broke out around 2 a.m. inside Jilly's Restaurant and Tavern in Luzerne. After being thrown out of the bar for fighting, both Paris Brown, 35, of Hiller, and Damion Ethridge, 33, of Brownsville, pulled semi-automatic handguns, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

From outside, Mr. Ethridge began to fire through the front door of the bar. Mr. Brown then went back into the bar and began firing rounds inside.

Two patrons inside the bar, Cassandra Ross, 30, of Brownsville, and Garrett Grooms, 26, of Cardale, were shot and taken to Uniontown Hospital, with Ms. Ross then transported to a Pittsburgh hospital.

Mr. Brown and Mr. Ethridge fled and were arrested by state troopers after a foot pursuit. Both are awaiting arraignment in the Fayette County Booking Center.
