Three women have been arrested on charges that they either engaged in or promoted prostitution at a Ross massage parlor.

An undercover officer went into the Tokyo Massage Spa in the 2300 block of Babcock Boulevard on Monday and arranged a deal to pay for a sex act, Detective Brian Kohlhepp said in a news release. After they reached the deal, additional officers from the Ross police department and the Western Pennsylvania Human Trafficking Task Force went into the building and arrested two women who they said agreed to perform the sex act.

Yayan Yu, 49, of San Gabriel, Calif., and Lifen Chen, 41, of the North Hills face charges of prostitution and conspiracy. Police charged the store manager, Linlin Xu, 29, of the North Hills with promoting prostitution and conspiracy.

All three women gave out-of-state identification but appeared to be living in the building, police said. They are currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail on $5,000 bail, according to online court records.
