An Indiana, Pa., man is facing charges related to the assault of his girlfriend's child.

Juan Campbell was arrested Friday night and charged with aggravated assault, child endangerment and reckless endangerment, according to the Indiana (Pa.) Gazette. He is being held in the Indiana County Jail on $150,000 bail.

A 911 call early Friday morning reported that the 20-month-old boy, who has not been identified, was not breathing. When he arrived at the hospital, the boy had injuries to his head and torso.

Investigators served a search warrant Friday afternoon at his home at the Chestnut Ridge public housing complex in Burrell, near Blairsville.

The child was reportedly at home with Mr. Campbell at the time of the 911 call, according to Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty. His mother is in the hospital after having another baby.
