A North Braddock man is one of two people who started shooting in the Edgewood Towne Center on Saturday, leaving three bystanders injured in the crossfire, Allegheny County police said this afternoon.

Allegheny County police have obtained an arrest warrant for Tyron Manns, 23, county police Lt. Andrew Schurman said today in a press release.

Mr. Manns was identified through surveillance footage, he said.

"We have not identified the other shooter yet but more charges are expected," Lt. Schurman said.

Surveillance cameras in the plaza showed one man walk past the Villa retail store before 4:30 p.m., when he recognized someone and started firing into the store.

The man inside returned gunfire, Edgewood police Chief Robert Payne said Saturday.

The men kept shooting at each other while running in opposite directions. And while neither shooter was wounded, three bystanders were shot, the chief said.

A woman hit in the upper torso was taken to UPMC Presbyterian, where she was in critical condition.

Mr. Manns has ties to Swissvale and Rankin, he said.

County police asked that anyone with information about the shooting or Mr. Manns' whereabouts call homicide detectives at 412-473-1300.
