Weather forecasters predict a dry day in Pittsburgh with temperatures falling into the upper 50s by the time Game 5 of the National League Division Series between the Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals begins. Mike Fries, a Moon-based meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, said those who gather to watch the game on Federal Street outside PNC Park won't need umbrellas.

"It's definitely not going to rain," he said.

The 8:07 p.m. game will be shown on a 15-by-20-foot screen. Food and drink vendors will be open for business.

The team encouraged fans to bring chairs. Glass bottles and grills are not permitted.

Limited free parking will be available in the Red Lot Six, across from the PNC Park press entrance on General Robinson Street.

Federal Street and the Roberto Clemente Bridge closed to traffic starting at noon today.
