The Roberto Clemente Bridge will close today from noon to midnight for The Rubber Duck Bridge Party, part of the Pittsburgh International Festival of Firsts.
Pedestrians will be able to use the bridge during that time. Bicyclists can use it from noon to 5:30 p.m. No boats will be permitted to dock along the North Shore Riverwalk.
A 40-foot-tall rubber duck will be towed to the area as part of the festivities. Organizers are asking boaters to remain at least 20 feet from it.
