A Mt. Oliver man died after he was shot several times inside a Knoxville home early this morning.
The Allegheny County medical examiner's office identified the man as 54-year-old Roger Griffin.
Police went to a home in the 100 block of Zara Street about 4:25 a.m. for a report that someone had been shot.

When police and paramedics walked inside the home, they found Mr. Griffin unconscious in the kitchen, homicide Sgt. Timothy Westwood said in a press release.
Mr. Griffin had been shot several times in the upper portion of his body and was pronounced dead at UPMC Mercy about a half hour later.
"The motive is unknown at this time and no arrests have been made," Sgt. Westwood said.
Pittsburgh police asked anyone with information to call homicide detectives at 412-323-7161.
