"Do Teachers Make the Grade?," a town meeting hosted by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and presented by Duquesne Light, will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at McConomy Auditorium, Carnegie Mellon University.
Panelists will be Carolyn C. Dumaresq, executive director of the Pennsylvania State Education Association; Alan Lesgold, dean of the school of education at the University of Pittsburgh; Celeste Taylor, Allegheny County director of Good Schools Pennsylvania; and PG education editor Jane Elizabeth.
Teachers who attend can earn continuing education (Act 48) credits.
