Members of the Post-Gazette's education team spent several months reporting and writing "A Question of Quality." The four main writers of the series have a combined 55 years' experience in covering education issues. The series team members are, from left, city schools reporter Carmen J. Lee; suburban education reporter Gretchen McKay; assistant managing editor Mark Roth; education reporter Eleanor Chute; education editor and reporter Jane Elizabeth, and staff artist James Hilston.
