Federal authorities today unsealed an indictment accusing a Beaver Falls man of possessing drugs and multiple guns, despite past felony convictions.

Lemarcus Robert Cleckley, 33, is charged with possessing, in February, less than 100 grams of heroin and five guns, including a Glock Model 19 9x19 mm that is classified as a machine gun.

Cleckley has past convictions for receiving stolen property, a violation of state drug laws and carrying a firearm without a license, and isn’t allowed to possess a gun, according to the indictment.
