Carnegie

• A 16-year-old male juvenile from Carnegie was arrested Sunday and charged with robbery, aggravated assault, carrying a firearm without a license, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and theft in connection with an April 14 incident on the 9th floor of Carnegie Towers.

• A 16-year-old female from Carnegie was charged on April 14 with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment for an incident that took place April 9 on the 7th floor of Carnegie Towers.

• Laura Ann Henry, 42, and Gary L. Henry, 54, both of Carnegie, were charged Sunday with simple assault following a domestic violence incident on Center Street.

• Thomas W. Beck, 24, of Carnegie, was charged April 19 with disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Roland A. Spotti, Jr., 18, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Denise J. Markovich, 46, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct on Washington Avenue.

• Danielle Constentino, 35, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Scott M. Brady, 20, of Moon, was charged Saturday with underage consumption of alcohol on Diamond Alley.

Collier

• After the car she was operating struck a guard rail on Campbells Run Road, Christina Squillace, 23, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

• Police received a complaint Saturday that a window of a car parked at Store Express, Campbells Run Road, was broken into and a 7-in. LED television worth $100, a $300 Automator gauge and a $300 Kicker amplifier were stolen.

Crafton

• Michael Medina, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged April 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving on Crafton Boulevard.

• Scott McGrath, 33, of Crafton, was charged last Thursday with public intoxication after he was peering into parked vehicles.

• Amos Upshaw, 52, of Pittsburgh, was charged Friday with public drunkenness after he was found on a sidewalk in the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center.

Findlay

• Gary Cable of Findlay, was charged April 11 with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment after a domestic assault.

Heidelberg

• Amy Louise Pannier, 38, of Neville, was charged last Thursday with harassment, institutional vandalism, criminal trespass, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and aggravated assault on a police officer.

The charges were filed after she wandered into the Heidelberg Volunteer Fire Department on First Street in an intoxicated state and asked for money.

She was hostile to police, became violent and attempted to run when informed she would be charged with public drunkenness. She also tried to spit, punch and hit a police officer.

• Ian Patrick Kaminiski, 22, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, having an accident involving damage to unattended property and abandoning a vehicle on a highway after he hit a parked car in the 1600 block of Washington Street and fled.

Ingram

• Sean Ewing, 20, of Sheraden, was charged Monday with theft, and receiving stolen property after he is alleged to have stolen a cell phone from an individual in the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center near Rite Aid.

• Ronald Dempsey III, 20, of Ingram, was charged Saturday with robbery, criminal conspiracy and theft after he and another individual placed an order for pizza and assaulted the delivery person on Evans Avenue and stole the food.

• Justin Rumble, 29, of Sheraden, was charged last Thursday with disorderly conduct, fleeing and eluding police, driving under suspension and other traffic offenses after an incident on Valois Avenue.

• Emalene Manley, 22, of Sheraden, was charged April 11 with false identification to law enforcement, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and other traffic offenses after a traffic stop on West Prospect Avenue.

• Patrick Murphy, 43, of Ingram, was charged April 8 with simple assault after an incident on Evans Avenue.

Kennedy

• Gerard Cook, 50, of McKees Rocks, was charged Monday with assault after he punched a woman in the face while she was driving him to Giant Eagle in the Kennedy Center Shopping Center.

• David Powers, 45, of McKees Rocks, was charged Monday with possession of stolen property because a stolen license plate was on his vehicle.

Scott

• Following a domestic dispute in which a family member was threatened with a loaded handgun, Franklin Serafin, 27, of Scott, was charged last Thursday with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and harassment.

• Bruce Robert Williams, 23, of Scott, was charged Sunday with assault after a female reported that he had attacked her, placed her in a headlock and scratched her in an apartment on Camelot Court.

South Fayette

• Justin Michael Holzer, 22, of Mount Washington, was charged Friday with theft, receiving stolen property, burglary, criminal conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night and being under the influence of an unknown substance after a police officer responding to a burglary in the 400 block of Pinewood Drive observed him.

Numerous electronic items were stolen from this house and possibly others.

• Approximately six unlocked cars in the same vicinity were entered and rifled through the same night. A Blue Tooth earpiece and $50 in currency were taken from one vehicle on Cypress Drive.

• Thieves opened a game room window of a home in the 100 block of Fryes Lane Sunday and stole a big-screen television.
