Shari L. Cox, 46 of Prosperity, was driving a Jeep traveling north on Route 18 at Conklin Street when she crossed into oncoming traffic, hitting a GMC driven by Stephen Michael Breese, 28, of Washington, Pa., Pennsylvania State Police and the Washington County coroner's office said.
Ms. Cox died at the scene, and Mr. Breese was taken to Washington Hospital where he died, according to a press release from the coroner's office.
Katherine Breese, 30, who was sitting in the front passenger seat of Mr. Breese's vehicle and an 8-month-old girl in a child safety seat in the backseat, were flown to UPMC Presbyterian and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, state police said in a news release.
