Building partially collapses in West Mifflin

A partial collapse of a building has blocked traffic on a road in West Mifflin tonight.

A portion of a structure that houses Liberty Candy Company USA on 920 Irwin Run Road fell onto the road and took down an electrical transformer. A person with the West Mifflin police said there were no injuries and the police have closed the road to traffic.

It’s unclear if the collapse was related to the storms that moved through the area.
