The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Allegheny County after poor drainage following this evening's rain fall.

Brad Rehak, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, said about three-quarters of an inch of rain fell in a 20-minute period, causing build-up and poor drainage in low areas of the county. He said the warning will likely last for a few hours at the most. In the meantime, he urged people not to drive in areas where water is covering the road.
