The Allegheny County medical examiner's office used dental records to identify a man who was swept into the Allegheny River near the Fox Chapel Yacht Club in O'Hara on Independence Day, a spokesman said.

James Tulenko, 74, of Irwin had been putting markers in a shallow area of the river and was swept away by the current, according to the spokesman. His body was found around 6:15 a.m. Monday near the 40th Street Bridge, a county dispatch supervisor said.
