Cranberry — Sherwood Oaks, 100 Norman Drive, will play host to the International Button Box Club at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 22. Their repertoire of ethnic music is complemented with a variety of soft rock, ballads and country music. The concert is free, to register call 800-642-2217.

Hampton — Hampton Fields Village, 4480 Mount Royal Blvd., will host “The Best of Donna” featuring Donna Groom of the Skyliners at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Registration is free, call 412-492-8448, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.


McCandless — La Roche College will host North Hills Community Outreach’s Rally to fill Backpacks and Bellies from 3 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on La Roche campus grounds, 9000 Babcock Boulevard, near the Kerr Fitness Center. The rally will feature food trucks from Nakoma, Oh My Grille, PGH Taco and Pittsburgh Pierogi. Food vendors will donate a portion of proceeds to NHCO. An NHCO van will be on site to collect donations of non-perishable food items, healthy snacks for children, or new backpacks and school supplies. Information: 412-408-3830.


Richland — How to Maintain a Healthy Heart” will be the second topic of discussion at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 28 in Hilltop Hall at The Village at St. Barnabas, 5850 Meridian Road, . Dr. Santosh Pandit, cardiologist with St. Barnabas Medical Center, will discuss the warning signs and how to prevent heart attacks, congestive heart failure and strokes. Information: 724-443-7231.


Frazer — New Dimension Comics, will host the Pittsburgh Comic & Collectibles Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 19 at their Pittsburgh Mills Mall location. Vendors will have thousands of comics for collectors to buy, sell, and trade. Information:

Fox Chapel — Emily Weaver, curator at the Fort Pitt Block House and author of the newly published book, The Fort Pitt Block House, will give a free presentation at the Cooper-Siegel Community Library in Fox Chapel at 7 p.m. today.  The event is free and open to the public. Bellevue/Hampton/Millvale — North Hills Community Outreach is offering free Smart Investments, financial skills program for women who have suffered a financial setback. “Credit – The importance of credit to your everyday life” will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at NHCO, 416 Lincoln Ave., Millvale and at 1 p.m., Friday, NHCO, 1975 Ferguson Road, Hampton and 10 a.m., April 28 at NHCO North Boroughs, meeting room of 2nd floor cafeteria, AGH-Suburban Campus, 100 S.
