HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

Hampton — St. Mary of the Assumption, 2510 Middle Road, will celebrate the Feast of the Holy Family from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 29. Levi Hartle, Deacon Michael Ackerman and Deacon Tom Schluep will lead the celebration of the Octave of Christmas with music, prayer and adoration. Information: 412-486-4100.

LIBRARIES

Richland — Northern Tier Regional Library, 4015 Dickey Road, is offering Winter Break at The Library with the following free activities:

• Moviethon, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. next Thursday, popcorn and family movies. Information: 724-449-2665.

• Game day, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 27, play games, put together puzzles, build with Legos, and participate in a Twister tournament. Tournaments will take place at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Information: 724-449-2665.

• New Year’s Eve crafts, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 30, get into the party mood with hats, rattles, big glasses, big ties. Information: 724-449-2665.

• New Year’s Eve disco party, from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 31.  Kid-friendly. Information: 724-449-2665.
