Rock removal to close Route 28 lane through July 18

Removal of rock from a hillside will cause a lane closure on inbound Route 28 starting this morning, PennDOT announced.

The lane closure will occur near the Route 910 on-ramp in Harmar. Traffic entering Route 28 from the ramp will merge into the left lane. The right lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays through July 18.
