A man was shot and injured Friday night in the Hill District, Pittsburgh police said.
The incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. in the 2000 block of Centre Avenue.
Investigators believe two men were arguing inside a bar in that block, and one shot the other in the buttocks when they went outside, police spokeswoman Sonya Toler said.
Paramedics took the victim to UPMC Mercy where he was in stable condition, according to Ms. Toler.
Police have not identified a suspect or announced any arrests.
