A McKees Rocks man was arrested this morning on charges that he killed a man during a cook-out in Homewood on the Fourth of July.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force arrested Zachary Threats, 36, around 11 a.m. at a house on Broad Street in Garfield. A spokeswoman for Pittsburgh police said in a news release that officers also found drugs inside the house.
Mr. Threats is accused of killing 30-year-old Kaamil Arnold at a house on Tioga Street.
Detectives used an internal database of nicknames to link Mr. Threats to the crime, according to court documents.
