President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to the Pittsburgh area Wednesday will be open only to ticketed guests.

The visit, to promote the administration’s Opportunity for All program to train the work force for careers in fields with a growing demand, is expected to begin about 3:30 p.m. at Community College of Allegheny County’s West Hills Center in North Fayette.

Mr. Obama pushed the training program during his State of the Union address in January, when he put Mr. Biden in charge of a task force to review training programs to make sure they are meeting the needs of employers.

The college has canceled all day and evening classes at the West Hills Center on Wednesday.
