Remains in Bellevue are of missing man

Skeletal remains found Dec. 12 near Ohio River Boulevard in Bellevue belong to a man who has been missing since at least July, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's office said.

The office released additional information on the remains and asked that anyone with information contact them at 412-350-4800 or the Allegheny County homicide unit at 412-473-1300.

The white male, age 34 to 45, had a slight build and stood about 5 foot 1 to 5-5. He wore a Reebok T-shirt; black jean shorts, size 32, with a brown belt; white Reebock tennis shoes, size 8.5; and a black Casio wristwatch with a plastic band, the medical examiner's office said.
