Two men are in good condition after a shooting Tuesday in Crafton Heights, Pittsburgh police said today.

Zone 6 Cmdr. Scott Schubert said the men were sitting on a stoop in the 900 block of Woodlow Street when they were shot at Tuesday evening. A 21-year-old from East Hills suffered gunshot wounds to the leg, hip and shoulder area and a 20-year-old from McKees Rocks was shot in the arm and leg, Cmdr. Schubert said.

Police responded to a call of shots fired about 6 p.m. and found one man shot in the 1500 block of Crucible Street. While responding, they found the second nearby on Martera Place.

No arrests have been made.

Police learned that a green Ford Expedition was seen leaving the area, then sideswiped a car in the 1600 block of Crucible Street. The driver and any passengers got out and abandoned the SUV in the same block, Cmdr. Schubert said.

Cmdr. Schubert declined to say how many people police were looking for. Zone 6 detectives had set up a perimeter to search the woods in the area Tuesday night.
