While Mario Lemieux wasn't on hand for photos at the Children's Home & Lemieux Family Center's "Shake Your Booties" benefit on Saturday at Heinz Field Club East, Superman and Wonder Woman were on hand to the delight of partygoers. The theme of superheroes was appropriate considering the amazing children and families who are served by the Children's Home. The organization aims to promote the well-being and health of infants and children through services such as adoption, the Pediatric Specialty Hospital and Child's Way.

More than 400 guests enjoyed silent auction items, gourmet food stations and live music by In the Mood. "We love the Children's Home. They are a fantastic organization that we are so proud to collaborate with," said Nancy Angus, executive director of the Mario Lemieux Foundation.

Entertaining the crowd was Mistress of Ceremonies Gab Bonesso, who later performed with partner Josh Verbanets (known as Gab and Josh!). Seen were Nancy and Jack Delaney (check out our online photo gallery for Nancy's #SEENbestdressed photo), as well as U.S. Rep. Mike Doyle, WQED's Rick Sebak, David Bennett and Kate Colligan.
