'Garden of Light' exhibit opens at Carnegie Museum of Natural History

"Garden of Light," an exhibition of fine art jewelry designs by Paula Crevoshay, opened with a reception Tuesday in the Wertz Gallery: Gems & Jewelry in Hillman Hall of Minerals and Gems at Carnegie Museum of Natural History. The artist was on hand to present her collection of pieces inspired by nature and created from precious raw materials.

Admiring them were museum interim directors Ron Ballie, Ann Metzger and John Rawlins, Elsie Hillman, Ann and Ron Wertz (in whose honor the gallery was named), Jean Anne Hattler, Marshall and Wallis Katz and Judy Linaburg.

The exhibition will be on view through Aug. 11.
