Zara, the clothing retailer, has become an indispensable resource for those who want to look on-trend without spending a fortune. And on Oct. 9, they can look to the company for décor as well, when Zara Home comes to the United States.
While the brand already has home stores in 32 countries, its home furnishings will be available only online here. Offerings include more than 3,000 items, about 70 percent of them textiles for bed and bath and the remainder tabletop and accessories.
The items will change every week, said Carmen Lopez Fernandez, public relations manager for Zara Home. "We move as fast as the fashion of clothes," Ms. Lopez Fernandez said, and "for this season we're going with many looks you can find in fashion trends."
Prices start at about $2 for a cocktail napkin and top out at about $500 for a cowhide rug. Information: zarahome.com.garden
