Travel Channel filming: Travel Channel filming: The Travel Channel invites the public to add atmosphere to a film shoot from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Church Brew Works, Lawrenceville. Jason Marrone, director of operations, says the staff is sworn to secrecy and so he can't say which show it's for or when it will air. He did say crews will be filming in the kitchen earlier in the day, but they'll film the front of the house during lunch, and some guests will be interviewed as well.

Anthony Bourdain’s “Parts Unknown” premiere party: Watch the new Pittsburgh episode of celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain’s CNN show, “Parts Unknown,” at a premiere party hosted by Best Buddies Pennsylvania from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Sunday at AMC Waterfront, West Homestead. The event includes a question-and-answer session with some of the chefs featured in the episode, including Kevin Sousa of Superior Motors, Justin Severino of Morcilla and Jamilka Borges of Spoon, plus a 9 p.m. screening of the show.
