Ugly CSA: Signups are now open for 412 Food Rescue’s Ugly CSA program. Once a week for 12 weeks, from Aug. 9-Oct. 25, members will receive a delivery of “ugly” fruits and vegetables, plus local bread and specialty products, sold at discounted prices because they are misshapen or overstocked. Cost is $250, and pickup sites are located in the North Side, Sharpsburg, Greenfield and East Liberty. SNAP can be used to pay at the East Liberty site only.
