Good news? The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education has announced an increase of 3 percent for tuition. Somehow the board views this as a good thing.
Increases in higher education costs eventually fall on the everyday citizen, no matter how you spin it.
Why didn't our esteemed educators offset this tuition increase by taking a pay cut, reducing holidays and benefits or just paying more for their health insurance? Why? Because we don't make them.
This is another victory for the unions against everyday citizens.
