David M. Landay has been elected to the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Mr. Landay, a sole practitioner, represents accident and injury victims. He has handled a variety of cases, including motor vehicle crashes, defective product claims and medical malpractice. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.


Heather Aley Austin, counsel with Thompson Hine LLP, was named in the 2013 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, environmental law and litigation.


Edward J. Kabala, partner, Fox Rothschild LLP, was named the 2013 Pittsburgh Health Care Law "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers in America. His practice focuses on employee benefits, business succession and estate planning.
