A young Albanian refugee boy joins a French Army soldier patrolling a hilltop overlooking the Stenkovec Two Refugee Camp near Skopje, Macedonia. Many children in the camp have taken to wearing just their underwear during the intense mid-day heat. The rising tempetures could create health risks since there is little shade in the camps. Many children are suffering from sunburn.
