Brito has more than a dozen years of management, business development and technical sales experience. He previously taught graduate and undergraduate courses in information and technology management at the University of Phoenix. He has also served as director of business systems for Royal Philips Electronics.

Watson previously served as account manager for Odell Simms & Associates in Falls Church, Va., and as a technology recruiter for Spherion Corp. in McLean, Va.

AIReS provides corporate relocation services to multinational businesses.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has hired several new sales agents.

Perizat (Peri) Palichat of Coraopolis has joined the Sewickley office. Previously with Coldwell Banker, she was a consistent multimillion-dollar producer and earned many honors, including Rookie of the Year and top listing and sales recognition from the Equitable Group. She has also owned and operated an importing business and established an engineering company. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations.

Colleen Ross of Slippery Rock has joined the Butler office. She previously worked as a secretary with Slippery Rock Area School District and as a customer service associate with Aramark Corp.

Elizabeth Bennett of Sewickley has joined the Sewickley office. She worked for two years as a Coldwell Banker agent and previously worked as a design and restoration consultant for Artful Living in Pittsburgh. She received a bachelor's degree in English literature and a master's degree in education from the University of Virginia.

Jim Bronder of Baldwin Borough has joined the South Hills office after working as a project manager at Fiserv Inc. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and his real estate education at the Alan Kells School of Real Estate.

Sharon Canonaco of Harmar has joined the Allison Park office. She previously worked as an office manager for Baron Industries Supply and as a service coordinator for Overhead Door of Greater Pittsburgh. She received a paralegal certification from Duff's Business Institute and obtained her real estate education at the Alan Kells School of Real Estate.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate has added two sales associates:

Tracy Lee Janov of Elizabeth Township has joined the West Mifflin office. She has been a licensed real estate agent for three years and was the administrative assistant of marketing for Howard Hanna Wilson Baum Real Estate.

Valerie Daniels of Mt. Lebanon has joined the Upper St. Clair office. She received a bachelor's degree in public and urban affairs from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Ken Homerosky was recently named office manager of Century 21 Frontier Realty's Washington office.

An associate broker with the firm, Homerosky is active in the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors. He has won several awards, including the association's Outstanding Service Award in 2000 and Realtor of the Year in 2001. He assumed his duties this month.

Cynthia Morris Criss of Penn Township, Butler County, has been named manager for RE/MAX Select Realty's new Butler office.

Formerly with Keller Williams Realty, she has been a licensed Realtor since 1985 and is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors, Butler County Board of Realtors, Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

She has been recognized for outstanding achievement by the Andron Epiphinon Society and the National Sales Excellence awards committee. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute and the paralegal program at Berry College in Rome, Ga. She attended Duquesne University.

FIRMS

Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Pittsburgh, sold 193 AON Home Warranties in November, a 4 percent increase over sales in November 2002.

As of Nov. 30, the Pittsburgh offices had sold 2,728 home warranties out of 4,228 buyer-controlled sales for a usage rate of 65 percent, one of the best in the country.

A home warranty protects the homeowner against any unexpected repairs during the listing period.
