The team of Kathy Hall and Betsy Wotherspoon of Prudential Preferred Realty's North Hills office were tops in February in residential sales and residential listings.

Scott Ludwick from the Greensburg office led the company in residential listings sold. The team of Barb Baker and Bob Main from the Route 19 South office were named top sales associates in new construction listings and new construction listings sold. The leading loan originator for Pennsylvania Preferred Mortgage Corp. was Sally Minnock

Many Coldwell Banker Real Estate sales associates were honored at the recent Housing Excellence Awards Dinner held by the Realtors and Builders associations of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

This year's Golden Hammer Award was presented to John Butera, Upper St. Clair, for achievements in the new construction industry throughout his career. Butera served as the company's first new construction director.

Maria Lane, Route 19/Galleria, was honored for highest volume and most units sold in the South region.

Kevin Mihm, North Hills, accepted the North award for highest volume and most units sold.

The following were recognized for achieving more than $1 million in new construction: Joan Chiaramonte, Route 8; Chris Lange, Maureen Fullerton, Sandra Zahn and Georgie Smigel, Cranberry.

Keller Williams Realty has announced two new hires:

T.J. Rodman of the Mon Valley has joined the Mon Valley office. Formerly with Coldwell Banker, she has more than 20 years of real estate and interior design sales experience in Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Washington Greene Association of Realtors and the Mon Valley Board of Realtors. She studied business administration at the University of Houston.

Linda Lewis of Elizabeth has joined the Mon Valley office. She has owned a business and been affiliated with the Mon Yough Chamber of Commerce. She has experience as a property manager for the federal government.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has added two new sales agents.

David McBride of Hermitage has joined the Shenango Valley office. He previously worked as a manufacturing manager for Lexington Connector Seals in Vienna, Ohio. He has a degree in industrial and systems engineering from Youngstown State University, and he received his real estate education from the Alan Kells School of Real Estate.

Gloria Port of Ellwood City has joined the North Suburban office. She is the owner of The Hairloft salon. She has also been CEO of Healthy Systems, a nutrition company.

RE/MAX Heritage in Forest Hills has announced that Sandy Rutkowski was the top listing and selling agent for March.

Jane Lippy has joined Wellington Real Estate Services as a sales associate. A resident of Canonsburg, she is an expert on financing and loan origination.

Coldwell Banker has announced its top sales associates for February.

Kevin Mihm, North Hills, led in sales and listing units with 26 sales totaling $8.1 million and 13 listings worth $4.8 million. Cindy Ingram and Marilyn Patterson, Shadyside, led in listing volume with 10 new listings worth $5.7 million and six sales totaling $1.3 million.

Other top agents were: Doug and Rebecca Burig, Peters, 18 sales totaling $2.8 million and seven listings worth $2.1 million; Paul Bergman and Michael Wheeler, South Hills, 12 sales totaling $1.1 million; Maria and Joe Lane, Route 19/Galleria, nine sales totaling $1.6 million; Rock Rauterkus, Airport/West Regional, eight listings worth $1 million; Georgie Smigel, Cranberry, six sales totaling $1.1 million and six listings worth $1.1 million; Betty Bish, Butler, four listings worth $1.4 million; Margo Fall, Squirrel Hill, $1.4 million in sales volume; Georgia Molnar, Murrysville, $1.2 million in sales volume; and Jim and Eva Gallagher, North Huntingdon, four listings worth $1 million.

Twenty-one sales associates from Howard Hanna Real Estate Services were honored by the Westmoreland Realtors Association held recently at Greensburg Country Club.

Honored in the Performance Plus Diamond category: Cheryl Cook, Norwin; Rick Dutrow, Greensburg; Luann Fraicola, Norwin; Jane Hafer, Greensburg; Lori Husok, Greensburg and Cynthia Keller, Norwin.

Firms

Hawthorne Homes and Bayard Crossings, the building and land development arms of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, have opened a new office building at Franklin Park Corporate Centre II.

Developments

George Ord Custom Builder has joined the team of home builders at Meadow Wood in Penn, Westmoreland County.

Meadow Wood features open meadow and wooded lots ranging from .7 to 1 1/2 acres and packages starting at $240,000. Coldwell Banker is the marketing agent.
