Nationally known tax guru Ed Lyons will lead a seminar, "Instant Tax Relief for Real Estate Agents," hosted by the Keller Williams North office at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn, 4859 McKnight Road. Information or reservations: 412-358-0200, Ext. 350.

Keller Williams North Hills has named its top producers for January.
Mike Netzel was No. 1 in listing production with more than $1.9 million, followed closely by Monice Ming Tong and John Fidrocki. Fidrocki and Netzel also tied for highest number of listings. Arlene Guastella and Melva Terry were runners-up.
Guastella led in sales production with more than $1.6 million in volume while Netzel and Lorraine Easton came in a close second and third. In number of sales, the office was led by Guastella, Netzel, Emily Resko and Ming Tong.
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has added several new agents.
John Vensel II of Claysville has joined the Washington office. He has more than five years' experience in the legal field, including real estate transactions and closings. He received a bachelor's degree from California University of Pennsylvania and paralegal training at Westmoreland County Community College. He is member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington Greene Association of Realtors.
Mary Campbell of Mercer has joined the Shenango Valley office. She previously worked for Northwood Realty and in accounting and customer service for 12 years. She received her real estate education at the Alan Kells School of Real Estate and is a member of the West Penn Multi-List, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Danielle Harshell of North Huntingdon has joined the Norwin office. She previously worked as a customer support supervisor and an inside sales associate for Ventana USA in Export. She is a graduate of the executive secretarial program at the Business Careers Institute. She received her real estate education at Polley Associates.
Joe Devine of Highland Park has joined Neighborhood Realty Services as an associate.
He attended Central Catholic High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has coached and managed Little League and Pony League baseball and served as vice president and president of the Sacred Heart Little League organization. He is a volunteer park ranger for Highland Park. For 23 years, he worked for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
Northwood Realty Services has announced its top agents for February.
Topping the company in sales volume was Darla Jobkar, Peters, with four sales totaling $1.3 million. Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, was first in units sold with 14 totaling $1.1 million. Leading in listing volume was Lorraine DiDomenico, Butler, with 11 units worth $1.8 million. Josie Niedbala, Upper St. Clair, outpaced all agents in total units listed with 14 worth $833,000.
Other top performers included: Jo Ann Milesky, McCandless, seven sales totaling $1.1 million and three listings worth $1.1 million; Irene Szafranski, Hampton, six listings worth $1.2 million; Karen Gianechini, Cranberry West, five sales totaling $935,000; Pam D'Alessandro, Squirrel Hill, two sales totaling $895,000; Marlene McNaughton, Upper St. Clair, five sales totaling $869,000; Linda Pelkofer, Hampton, seven sales totaling $847,000;
Leslie Chaklos, Greensburg, four sales totaling $803,000; Lisa and Bill Allen, Cranberry, three sales totaling $614,000; Roseann Reasner, North Hills, three sales totaling $561,000; Judy Tonya, Cranberry, four listings worth $629,000; Sandy Gurgovits, Shenango, four listings worth $584,000; and Barbara and Bill Taylor, New Castle, four listings worth $512,000.
Kelly Welch of McMurray has joined Wellington Real Estate Services as a sales associate. Kelly received a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Thiel College. She has expertise in customer service and financial services.
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Holt Real Estate Inc. of Chautauqua County, N.Y., announced last week that the two have joined forces as Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate.
George "Pete" Holt and his wife, Diana, founded Holt Real Estate in 1983. In 2002, Holt had sales volume of $14.3 million with a market share of 22 percent in the Westfield, Mayville and Chautauqua area.
The Holts' son, Stephen, leads its staff of 13 sales associates. He has been a consistent multimillion dollar producer and was named Realtor of the Year in 2001. The other associates are Carrie A. Bielawski, Denise Beeles-Johnson, Craig Barber, Lisa Barber, Rita Corbin, Bob Gentry, Sharon Howard, Linda McGraw, Jane Powers and Ron Raynor.
The Mon Valley Office of Keller Williams Real Estate Professionals has doubled the number of agents since last summer, when it replaced Acura Realty Inc. in Rostraver.
Owners JoAnn and Sid Cicchini said the office has also significantly increased its percentage of market share for listings and sales since becoming part of the Keller Williams network in August.
Construction of Candlewood Estates, a development of single-family homes starting at $209,900, has begun in Moon.
The homes are being built by LD Pappan Homes and Buildmore Construction Co. and are marketed exclusively by Howard Hanna. Katie Crider of the Beaver office and Jim Boyd of the Sewickley office are the site team members.
Amenities include kitchen islands, hardwood and ceramic flooring, cathedral ceilings, window seats, built-ins and a deck.
